Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced, and there is no cancellation fees. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

If we accept the request, please make the return and upload the tracking within 15 days. In this case we would issue a 100% refund to you after you return the products in good condition. After the products are received and inspected, the replacement products will be shipped.
