Storage Cubbies Below the Bench Seat: One of the best things about this entryway bench are the six cubby storage spaces located below the bench. Each cubby is 15.6"W x 18.2"D x 6.9"H so there's plenty of room for storing shoes, and there are three storage baskets included with this halltree which fit into the cubby spaces. These baskets are 9.25"W x 12.8"D x 6.3"H and are ideal for storing pet leashes and smaller items in your entryway. Hall Tree With Bench & Storage: From the storage spaces below the bench to the 3 coat hooks with double prongs for scarves, backpacks and coats, this hall tree will help keep your home organized. The bench seat allows you to remove shoes as soon as you enter your home which helps to keep the floors of your home cleaner. The bench seat can hold up to 360 lbs. Safety Anchor Bracket & Overall Weight Capacity: Measuring 64.4"H x 18.75"D x 38.2"W, the top shelf of the hall tree can hold up to 30 lbs., and the storage shelf above the coat hooks has a 15 lbs. weight capacity. Included with the hardware pack is a safety anchor bracket to attach the hall tree coat rack to the wall to prevent it from tipping over. This coat rack weighs 85 lbs. Assembly and Customer Service: We recommend 2 people for the best assembly process, and assembly is estimated to take about 2 hours. Please read the assembly instructions and sort the parts and hardware prior to starting to assemble the halltree. You'll also need a screw driver (not included) to assembly the coat rack.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced, and there is no cancellation fees. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products for quality or other issues. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 5 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact zeusruta support team(service@zeusruta.com) for returns and do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described(size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories When the buyer received the package and find products have quality issues, he/she can request a refund after return with photos or videos as a proof. If we accept the request, please make the return and upload the tracking within 15 days. In this case we would issue a 100% refund to you after you return the products in good condition. If the buyer choose to replace the products, please return the products with the quality issues to the return address we provide. After the products are received and inspected, the replacement products will be shipped.
For the defective products, we are responsible for shipping back costs; if not, customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
