Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced, and there is no cancellation fees. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We accept return of products for quality or other issues. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 5 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If we accept the request, please make the return and upload the tracking within 15 days. In this case we would issue a 100% refund to you after you return the products in good condition. If the buyer choose to replace the products, please return the products with the quality issues to the return address we provide. After the products are received and inspected, the replacement products will be shipped.
For the defective products, we are responsible for shipping back costs; if not, customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
