How soon will my parcel arrive?

The total time consists of processing time and delivery time. And processing and delivery typically take 1~3 and 3~5 business days respectively.

How can I track my order?

Click on “order status” at the top of the page to check whether you have the corresponding tracking number, which means your parcel has been in shipment. Once the package is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email, in which you can click on the tracking number or the “Track Your Package” button to track your package. If you haven’t received any emails, try to check your spam filter.

How do I check my order status?

You will receive an email when your parcel is placed or shipped. To view the most up-to-date order status by clicking the tracking link in the email. Try to check your spam filter if you haven’t received any emails.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your status to change.

How can I use my promo code?

Your order will be discounted after you enter the appropriate promo code at the checkout page.

How do I place an order?

Just like you buy things on the other network platforms, the shopping process is really simple.

First of all, you can browse Zeusruta.com by smartphone, iPad, computer, or other services, and we use plenty of pictures to give you the best idea of how each product looks and what material products are made of. We also provide you with suggestions based on what you’ve browsed.

Next, add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart after selecting color and quantity by clicking the “add to cart” button and you can continue to shop.

Then, you can place an order by click BUY NOW or checkout from your cart.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

Yes, you can change your shipping details before the order is shipped by contacting our customer service at service@zeusruta.com. But once the order is shipped, no modification can be made to your order. If you change your shipping address in My Account after you’ve made an order, your new address won’t apply until your next order.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has been settled and your order status is "Processing", please contact our customer service at service@zeusruta.com for order cancellation. We would love to help you.

If your order status is "Assorting" or "Shipped", your order can't be canceled. If you need any help with a return, please contact our customer service after your order has been delivered.

Will my package be charged customs and import charges?

You will not be charged for taxes as we have local warehouses.
